'Wuthering Heights'
In high school I did my senior paper (which I'm sure was quite horrible) on this book.. ah the moors, Heathcliff & Catherine. Dark, cold, windy. Just what one needs to bunker his dour dreary mood, with a hint of romance that things will get better, knowing they never will.
